The Field Advantage FACTOR Center

The FACTOR Center is a sophisticated, centrally-located training hub committed to advancing technical excellence across a variety of key areas, particularly focusing on Point-of-Sale (POS) Systems, fuel control technologies (EVSE, Petroleum, and Hydrogen), and network solutions.

Our core objective is to develop well-rounded professionals skilled in these specialized domains, equipping them to navigate the rapidly changing technological landscape of our core industry full technology stack. Utilizing a blended learning approach that integrates hands-on practice with theoretical study, we offer a robust training experience that addresses a wide range of technological needs.

More than just a Building

The FACTOR Center serves as the hub of our operations, encompassing our central training facility as well as our primary operational activities. It houses our warehouse, technical labs, and repair depot, enriching the training and development of our technicians by integrating practical experience with their educational programs.

The centralized location in NE Tennessee provides a unique advantage for parts warehousing. We are able to maintain our 200+ forward stocking locations across the US using our warehouse as a central hub.

The best way to learn is to try it out and get your hands dirty. Hosting technology labs for our clients allow for our technologists to get their hands on the equipment and learn with practical experience.

Supply chain is tough and equipment is expensive. We can help repair your equipment in-house and send it back into the field.

Our blended approach to training is aimed at creating confidence and safety best practices in our technicians.

Classroom Combined with Hands on Training

Technicians participate in instructor-led classroom sessions where theoretical concepts are introduced, discussed and explained. Our hands-on lab allows the technicians to put theory into practice with real-world scenarios.

Continued Online Training and Support Material

Supplemented in-person training sessions with self-paced online modules allowing our technicians to review content at their own pace and facilitate continued education.
